Omg, the pool! 🏊‍♂️ super spacious rooms, happy hour rockin'. Service was cool, but breakfast felt like a zoo. Shoutout to sam for fixing stuff. Overall, a solid place to stay. 🌟

Such a fairly nice stay for a long time. We liked hotel's stuff and location. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great. Central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

LOVED the king suite, but cleanliness could improve. Would still choose to stay again. Highly recommend the indoor pool! It's even better in person than in photos. Cheers!

Okay, so we had a few hiccups—our room was a bit tech-challenged, and the building's electrics were on the fritz. But hey, everything still sparkled like a politician's smile.

The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a good area, really close to restaurants and shopping places as well as shopping places. The bedroom was pretty nice, and the bed was very comfy.

The place is excellent. . Very good service, the breakfast is very complete and in the afternoon they offer drinks and snacks of courtesy . The room is very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is inside a shopping mall and in front of a supermarket, with the comfort of being able to buy whatever you need.

The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a separate seating area and a pillowtop bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the thoughtful features like the refrigerator, microwave, and iPod docking station.

When I paid cash (not credit card) I couldn't watch movies in the room because they were blocked.

The warm and inviting decor of the hotel, with cozy seating areas and beautiful floral arrangements, made me feel right at home. The spacious and well-maintained general areas were perfect for elderly guests like myself to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the metro station made it incredibly easy for seniors to explore the wonderful attractions of Washington, DC.

I would simply ask for more assistance from the children of the staff in helping senior guests with their belongings during their stay.

Embassy Suites By Hilton offered spacious and comfortable suites, perfect for families like ours. However, the inconsistent service at the front desk was a downside that could be improved upon. the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and convenient location near the metro added to the overall positive experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides 6232 square feet of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room, which were ideal for my work needs. The cooked-to-order hot breakfasts and the manager's receptions were a delightful addition that made my stay more enjoyable.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of extended front desk hours. It would have been helpful to have access to assistance and supplies past 11:00 pm.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. on the second day of my four-night stay, housekeeping did not visit my room, even though it was supposed to be cleaned.

Free breakfast every day, and happy hour was worth the stay and price. Good sausage and bacon for breakfast, and an omelet bar with many ingredients. the location is very convenient if you want to explore the city center and there are many good restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was expensive and there were not many options nearby. the hotel was under renovation and there were some construction noises early in the morning.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location in Northwest, and I was pleasantly surprised by the Civil Lounge, the area's only true cigar lounge. The free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening reception were also delightful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for what I needed. I was close to the shuttle bus stop and right by the metro, making it easy to get around this city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The cleanliness of the room was excellent as well, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the free breakfast was a great perk and helped me start my day off right.

The premier floor with snacks included was a delightful surprise. The assortment of snacks was quite generous, and we felt like kids in a candy store. However, a few of the snack items seemed to have given up the ghost. Despite informing the staff, the snack situation remained unresolved. On the upside, the staff kindly compensated with a few bottles of water, making it a quirky and amusing experience.
